$5/signature is the NM state maximum. Travel fees apply for in-person visits.
FD-258 cards included. Travel fees apply for mobile visits.
Add-on fees apply per appointment, not per document or person.

Questions
No — FD-258 cards are included in the fingerprinting fee. If your employer or agency has provided specific cards, you're welcome to bring those and we'll use them instead.
We complete and provide your fingerprint cards. Submission to the requesting agency (FBI, CYFD, employer, etc.) is handled by you or your sponsoring organization per their specific instructions.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all services — driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID.
Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) for most document types. You'll need a device with a camera and microphone, and a valid ID for identity verification.
Absolutely. We are experienced with sensitive and time-sensitive situations. Please let us know the location and any special access requirements when booking.
Yes — we offer on-site business fingerprinting for groups of 2 or more. This is ideal for schools, medical offices, security companies, and any organization with multiple employees needing background check prints.
Standard appointments are typically available within 24–48 hours. Same-day and rush appointments are available when scheduling permits, with an additional rush fee.
We are based in Rio Rancho and primarily serve Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, and surrounding Bernalillo County communities. Travel fees apply based on distance zones — contact us for locations beyond the metro area.
